The E- shop www.tfpwatch.it is reserved only to private persons (buyer or customer).

✓ SHIPPING AND COST MODALITIES
For goods already available on the shops, once the order has been received, and paid,  TFP will process the order within 5 working days, delivering the goods to the express courier. which will deliver it to the address of delivery. For the products to be booked, TFP will inform about the delivery times for each project.
Shipments take place from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays.

Shipping costs  will be free of charge for orders above  € 600.00. Delivery terms are DAP ( Delivery At Place). Please note that upon arrival to a destination country outside of European Union, the order may be subject to custom duties and/or import taxes billed by the customs department of the destination country;
the buyer must bear these duties/ taxes.
In the event that the customer makes use of the right of return, all costs for the return of goods  will be at customer’s charge,
TFP s sends the goods to the address of  delivery indicated by the customer in the order form, by means of international shipping companies which  guarantee reliable deliveries with the possibility of tracking the shipment.

✓ INSURANCE

The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser.

✓ STATE OF THE SHIPMENT

You can track the shipment on the website of the courier in charge of delivery, by entering the
received reference (tracking number).

✓ DELIVERY

Shipments are made only by courier.
A signature on delivery is always required.
It is the User’s right to accept that a delivery is signed by another person on behalf of User, provided that the person is present at the address provided and is over 18 years old.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the customer will be asked to contact the courier in charge.

✓ CANCELLATION

TFP reserves the right to cancel an order if there are technical or logistical impediments.
In which case the Customer will be entitled only to the return of the sum paid. TFP reserves the right to
exclude  some products and / or some  countries from the electronic shop.
TFP reserves the right to change the  price list, shipping methods and related costs of the items in its E-shop: the changes will never affect existing orders.
