VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER

TFP leather  straps, showing a strong personality, under lighted by the special stitching, are handmade in Italy using vegetable tanned leathers (fully certified) in Tuscany: the oldest tanning method, where tannin is taken from trunk, branches and leaves, so no chemical additive. By this way their appearance and quality are unique, and they are eco-friendly, as proved by the annexed certificate.

Payment methods

✓ MEANS OF PAYMENT
On the website www.tfpwatch.it  payments are accepted by:
Credit Cards, Paypal, Bank wire transfer.
The accepted credit cards are those of the following circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If you use a pre-paid or disposable credit card do not throw it away after the purchase, because it could be used  to credit back money  in case of return.
✓ SECURITY IN PAYMENTS
For financial transactions www.shop.tfpwatch.it    uses electronic payment services provided by Paypal and/or credit card portals.
These payment systems are made on secure servers in an encrypted environment.
At the time of payment, the check on the credit cards used by the customers is performed by  the servers of these portals, which finalize the financial transaction by charging the amount due on the customer’s card.
On the www.tfpwatch.it    website, no data are ever requested, collected, stored on the credit cards of customers, nor will T.F.P. srl SB  ask its customers for information on the credit card used for payment.
✓ PRICES AND BILLING
For each order processed T.F.P. srl SB   issues a sales invoice (receipt ) even if the customer is a private person. The invoice is sent by T.F.P. srl SB    to the customer’s e-mail address once expired the period of time by  which the customer can use  the right of return.
At the end of the order, on the summary page, after the customer has entered the data for the shipment, the amount of VAT ( if any) is highlighted for those cases in which the fiscal  law in force requires it.
✓ REFUNDS
Once an order has been received, the customer has the possibility to return the same within 15 calendar   days from the date of receipt of the order.
The conditions for withdrawal  are indicated in the appropriate section.
If T.F.P. srl SB    can not process the order, the latter will reimburse the sums paid by the customer. The credit back  of the sums takes place on the same credit card used by the customer for payment or by bank wire transfer if that was the payment used.
T.F.P. srl SB will try to carry out the credit back transaction as soon as possible, however within 30 days of receiving the request for reimbursement.

Shipping

✓ SHIPPING AND COST MODALITIES

Once the order has been received, ad paid, TFP srl SB p will process it within 5 working days, delivering the goods to the express courier ( DHL, UPS or other),  which will deliver it to the address of delivery.
Shipments take place from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays.

TFP srl SB will ship  the goods free of charge all over the world.
In the event that the customer makes use of the right of return, all costs for the return of goods  will be at customer ‘s charge,
TFP srl SB  sends the goods to the address of  delivery indicated by the customer in the order form, by means of international shipping companies which  guarantee reliable deliveries with the possibility of tracking the shipment.

✓ INSURANCE

The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser.
An insured shipment must be requested when ordering the goods and at an additional cost.

✓ SHIPMENT FOR EXTRA EU COUNTRIES

Extra EU countries are not subject to highlight VAT  on purchases.
As soon as payment is authorized (payment by Credit Card or Paypal) orders will be sent as soon as possible according to the deadline showed above,

✓ CHECKING THE STATE OF THE SHIPMENT

The customer can check the status of the order on the website www.tfpwatch.it   under the link “ACCOUNT> MY ORDERS”.
Alternatively, you can track the shipment by connecting to the website of the courier in charge of delivery by entering the received (tracking number).

✓ DELIVERY

Shipments are made only by courier within 30 days.
A signature on delivery is always required.
It is the User’s right to accept that a delivery is signed by another  person on behalf of User, provided that the person is present at the address provided and is over 18 years old.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the customer will be asked to contact the courier in charge.

✓ CANCELLATION

TFP srl SB  reserves the right to cancel an order if there are technical or logistical impediments.
In which case the Customer will be entitled only to the return of the sum paid.

TFP srl SB  reserves the right to exclude  some products and / or some  countries from the electronic shop.

TFP srl SB  reserves the right to change the  PRICE LIST, shipping methods and related costs of the items in its e-commerce: the changes will never affect existing orders.

Right of Withdraw

The web shop is reserved to private customers  ( consumers) and also the right to withdraw is reserved  only to  consumers ( private customers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession ). There is not right of withdraw for people who t act in a professional context, with reference to a  purchase contract.
In accordance with the law and the article 64 of the Italian Consumer Code, within 15 days from the receipt of the purchased products, the customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdraw: the customer can return the products received and get the refund of the price paid, without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason.
This right is applied to all the products bought online from private customers on the shop: www.tfpwatches.it.
All the costs of returning the product must be paid by the customer.
The right of withdraw completely lapses when the returned product:
  • it’s no longer intact, for the lack – for example – of elements of the product , such as the box, or any  other various attachments.
  • it has been damaged for different reason other than the transport to the consumer, not previously reported
✓ CANCELLATION OF ORDER IN PROGRESS
The purchasing  order  can be cancelled only if at the moment of the  order cancellation request
–  the product   has  not been shipped yet,
–  and also If the amount has not yet been cashed.
In this case no costs will be charged to the customer.
If at the moment of the order cancellation request
– either the product  has been  already been shipped
–  or if  the amount  has already  been cashed
the customer  has  to exercise the right of withdraw and return the product  to TFP srl SB.
For the right of withdraw you need to follow the procedures written here below.
✓ PICK-UP AND WITHDRAW
Without limitation of the right of withdraw, at the delivery of the product, the customer who  consider that the product  has been damaged during the transportation, must refuse the delivery or accept it with express reserve.
Customer must pick-up an   undamaged package by affixing on the  document accompanying the following text:
“Undamaged package, withdrawal subject to  control of the content”
Within 5 days of calendar from the delivery, every anomaly must be reported by email at the address: info@tfpwatch.it stating:
  • date and nr of the order.
  • A copy of the receipt
  • A copy of the consignment note, signed with reserve
  • A photographic documentation of the damage
To exercise the right of withdraw its necessary to send within 15 calendar days from the delivery of the product a communication in which the intention to withdraw the purchase contract is clearly expressed. This communication must be sent by email to info@tfpwatch.it on the condition that is confirmed within the following 48 hours by a registered  return letter sent to:

✓ RETURN AND REFUND
Using a courier of his choice,  the customer must provide to the shipment of the product (in the original box and still carefully packed and complete with every accessory and all the other things originally contained in the box).
The customer must ship  within 10 calendar days from the date in which he sent  the  e-mail to  exercise the right of withdraw.
The transportation costs and the responsibility on the goods during the shipment, as the required by the law, are borne by the customer.
It is  advisable to  agree an insured transport  of  the product  with the chosen courier,  taking care to pack the goods, and if it is possible putting the original box in an external box, without damaging the product with adhesive tape, label or other.
In case of transport  damage during the return, TFP srl SB will provide to communicate the damage to the customer within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the product, enabling the consumer to lodge complaint to the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for the return and  the request of withdraw will be simultaneously cancelled.
TFP srl SB will provide to reimburse the consumer,  within 30 days from the moment in which TFP has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdraw, the entire amount of the product,
Reimburse will be through a  transfer procedure on the credit card or paypal  account, or by a  bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the consumer. While the transportation costs are borne by the customer
In the case in which we have a partial right of  withdrawal ( when it is concerned only a part of products delivered with  a single delivery), it is excluded the refund of the shipping costs sustained by the customer for the delivery of the products purchased.
